The study aimed to identify the role of information and communication technology in achieving organizational effectiveness within sports institutions.

the researchers used the descriptive approach with a survey method to fit the nature of the problem in which the study sample represented of 16 workers that were selected using the comprehensive survey method.

to collect the data, we used the questionnaire tool and after the results were collected and statistically processed, the results were arrived at: sports institutions rely on the use of information and communication technology to increase their organizational effectiveness.
