thus, materialism intrinsically includes an exterminating/annihilating dogma.

indeed, all human intellectual production like economics, politics, philosophy and science was driven by technicality towards a separation and a furtherance away from human standardization and teleology which distinguishes between the material and the human.

due to the persistent technicality, man has become an indivisible part of material since all forms of special treatment of this distinctive and special being have ended.
