كرس المؤسس الدستوري من خلال التعديل الدستوري لعام 2020 الديمقراطية التشاركية، و ذلك من خلال عدة آليات، تتجسد في المشاركة السياسية و المشاركة الاجتماعية، فالمشاركة السياسية تظهر معالمها من خلال الاستفتاء، الانتخاب، الأحزاب السياسية، و المشاركة المحلية، أما المشاركة الاجتماعية فتتجسد من خلال الجمعيات و النقابات، حرية الإعلام، و حرية الاجتماع العمومي و التظاهر.
Abstract EN
The 2020 constitutional amendment enshrines participatory democracy, through several mechanisms, embodied in political participation and social participation, political participation shows its features through referendum, elections, political parties, and local participation.
as for social participation, it is embodied through associations and unions, freedom of media, and freedom of public assembly and demonstrations.
