Abstract EN

Sexual harassment is one of the common violent crimes in Algeria, in fact, it is an immoral crime that affects individuals of different categories, whether adults or minors, and in various places, whether in public places or in virtual space (internet).

this crime may be inherent to a set of factors that we have addressed in our study.

it also generates disastrous social, psychological, economic and political effects shaping up to be a little more than a social or psychological problem to a legal one, due to the psychological and physical damages of such phenomenon on individuals in particular and society in general, the Algerian legislature has established penalties with coercive measures in article 341 bis.
