Intellectual property rights are very important, and their effects have extended to various fields of human activity, which are either industrial and commercial property.

rights, or literary and artistic property rights.

however, some problems may arise regarding these rights, especially in the case in which the author is bound by a contract or a working relationship in the framework of which intellectual works are completed.

in this article, we will try to answer the following questions : does the existence of a work contract affect the author's capacity ? is there a conflict between the capacity of the author and the worker through the rights arising ? to whom the copyrights of intellectual creativity are allocated, is it to the paid author or the user ? what is the effective legal protection for the paid author over his intellectual creations ? in order to study the subject with a kind of accuracy, we will discuss the legal status of the journalistic author.
