This theoretical study aimed to identify the educational product quality standards in light of the comprehensive, quality management approach in secondary education.

through an analysis and discussion of some of the contents concepts and reference, bases for the concept of the educational product, and the requirements for its activation in the light of modern concepts, the most important of which is total quality.

as one of the entrances to the development of education and its improvement in parallel with the aspirations of the twenty first century school.

in light of the theoretical and analytical reading of the data and contents of the reference literature on the educational product and the entrance to total quality management, the study reached a description of the educational product quality standards, in addition to determining considerations of improving the educational product in secondary education.
