This study seeks to try to know the size and estimates of the phenomenon of child labor globally and regionally and to highlight the factors that generate it and its repercussions on the child and society alike, by looking at the survey results carried out by some organizations, especially the international labor organization (OIT) every four years and since 2000.

the descriptive analytical method was used because of its importance in such research.

the results of the study concluded that the real percentages and numbers of working children may be far superior to those authorized by the competent authorities.
