from this standpoint, new work mechanisms have been introduced, aimed at improving and developing the university professorship and achieving student and community satisfaction.

among these new mechanisms is comprehensive quality management, which is considered one of the most important concepts that help institutions, especially university ones, to improve their performance and achieve excellence in the levels of performance quality of university professors.
