محددات البطالة في الدول المغاربية : دراسة قياسية باستخدام معطيات بانل خلال الفترة 1990-2019

Abstract EN

Our study aims to identify the most influential determinants of the unemployment rate in the Maghreb ountries during the period 1990-2019.

We have concluded that the appropriate model is the fixed effect, with a significant inverse relationship between the GDP and the unemployment rate, as the increase in GDP by 1% leads to a decrease in the unemployment rate by 0.37%, with a positive direct relationship between the population and the unemployment rate.

Since the increase in the population by 1% leads to a high unemployment rate by 0.91%.

Through this study, we can say that the gross domestic product helps in reducing the level of unemployment, and that the size of the population has an impact on increasing the unemployment rate .
