تظل عملية بيع العقار بالمزاد العلني، محكومة بجوانب يؤدي الأخلال بها إلى الاحتجاج بعدم قانونية العملية بأكملها، مع السعي لتحصيل الحقوق ومنع وقوع الضرر على الدائنين من خلال تمكينهم من استيفاء دينهم، وهو وسيلة تحذيرية بشأن مصير الإخلال بتعهد الوفاء بالالتزامات المالية، وسداد الدين.
Abstract EN
The process of selling real estate by public auction remains governed by procedural and objective aspects, a breach of which leads to a protest against the illegality of the entire process, while seeking to collect rights and prevent harm to creditors by enabling them to repay their debt.
this is a means of warning about the fate of breach of the undertaking to fulfill financial obligations and repay the debt.
