Today, international organizations play a significant role in developing and developing international relations, to ensure that peace and security in the international community, put an end to conflicts, as well as economic, social and cultural cooperation between people, but these organizations are working to achieve their objectives and principles by many administrative apparatus of international staff.

however, member states within international organizations are trying to seek the impact of various means on these staff for their national interests to be utilized by the international interest.

the goal of this study is to identify the success of states to influence its nationals working within international organizations.

the study concluded that the full functional protection of international organizations staff should be provided in various forms.
