Abstract EN

The problem of the study was mainly determined about the extent to which the rules of international humanitarian law are implemented towards the Yemeni crisis, and the extent of the international community’s commitment to it.

the study also aimed to know the role of the united nations and international and regional organizations in implementing international humanitarian law, in addition to knowing the political and legal considerations that prevented the implementation international law, the study used the historical approach, the legal approach, and the descriptive analytical approach and reached several results, the most prominent of which is that there is duplication in the implementation of the rules of international humanitarian law by the international community towards Yemen, in addition to the superiority of political considerations over legal due to the emergence of a state of weakness in the rules of international law as a result of the continuous violations so far in to whom.
