This research paper highlights the technical means and how they can be invested in the field of Arabic education Africa-especially since the world today is undergoing a massive information technology revolution technologies ; education is not only an illustration of the educational subject through the use of modern equipment ; it is the ability to raise the motivation of learning among the leaner and to identify the most important difficulties in achieving the educational ends sought in Algeria.
