Sexual violence is a social scourge, that can't be stopped without the approval of the national and international criminal court.

For this purpose, the statute of the International Criminal Court has dealt with it in very advanced and more detailed dimensions as a crime against humanity, that cannot be tolerated, especially if the subject of this crime is a women.

In light of the repercussions and struggles of demanding basic rights, women are confronted with a bitter reality that must be admitted on a side, moreover on the other side in order to achieve the demand of the financial and moral compensation for the victims, the parameters of the crime were seized and deseigned by court legal rules under the supervision of the international justice in the statute of the International Criminal Court as peremptory rules for humanity firstly, and as an internationalism requirement secondly.
