This study, entitled Health Security in Algeria, seeks to set the basics and trigger the inevitability of moving forward to find out the critical importance of this subject, especially in light of the current health situation that the country and most of the world is going through, which in return had a significant impact on the good functioning of the institutions of Algerian society; This situation has revealed numerous points that need to be reviewed in order to locate its shortcomings and limitations, only then a more sophisticated rules can be set to avoid setbacks whose repercussions are on the individual in the first place and society as a whole.

This research paper attempts to address the issue of security in the health sector and its culture by addressing definitions related to it and dismantling its concepts, in addition to highlighting the role of the health agency in raising the individual on both the health aspect and health culture, and laying the foundations for facing challenges and trans-geographical threats and developing a model contemporary health policy that contributes to building a reliable health system.
