Since the end of the Trojan Wars in 1200 BC, the political systèm in the Greece has developed from monarchy to aristocratic system, then from the domination of tyrants to the domination of the oligarchy, at the beginning of the 5th century BC.
and following several political, economic and social changes, a democratic system emerged based on the rule of the people by expanding the powers of the Ecclesia by making the center of political decision.
Ethnic democracy reached its peak in the era of Pericles ,who grantrd political rights to the public class with constituted effective force in the governemment .
The democracy has attracted the attention of Greek philosophers , they divided between supporters and opponents, which we have seen in the ancient philosophical and historical texts.

La Grèce s'est développé dans les systèmes politiques depuis la fin des guerres de Troie vers 1200 av.J.-C., de la monarchie au système aristocratique, puis de la domination des tyrans à la domination de l’oligarchie, au début du Ve siècle av.

et à la suite de plusieurs changements politiques, économiques et sociaux, un système démocratique est apparu fondé sur le régime du peuple en élargissant les pouvoirs de l’Ecclésia en faisant le centre de la décision politique.
La démocratie ethnique a atteint son apogée à l’ère de Périclès grâce a sa politique.
La démocratie ethnique a atteint son apogée à l’ère de Périclès grâce à sa politique qui accordait des droits politiques à la classe publique et constituait une force de gouvernement efficace.
Ces données ont attiré l'attention des penseurs et des philosophes grecs divises entre partisans et opposants à la démocratie, ce que nous avons vu dans les textes anciens, qu'ils soient philosophiques ou historiques ou dans des pièces de théâtre.
