The study deals with the crisis in libya through a geopolitical analytical approach to the nature of crisis marked by strategic complexity and geopolitical tangle and through a process of dissection of the political and security situation in Libya as well as of the nature and roles of regional and international actors.

The study also highlights the potential scenarios particularly after failure to conduct elections and coming up with a radical solution to the complex crisis that is to build the state achieve the goals of Libyan-Libyan reconciliation and expel mercenaries from the country.

All facts indicates that the crisis will last longer because of insistence of foreign powers to disagree upon a conciliation ground for the crisis and the complexity of the Libyan scene as a result of the tribe domination the power of arms and the multiplicity of different centers of power.
