This study aims to shed light on the nature of Russian company of security and military tasks "Wagner", and its role in the northern Africa through Libyan's case study.

According to political analysts, the modern actors have become influential on the political arena, similar to traditional actors including the state, which has lost its traditional dominance relatively, for the interest of individuals and groups specifically in security sector, and that affect the state's role and sovereignty, specifically that characterized by wars and conflicts.
