the covid_19 panademic constituted a real crisis in various economic, industrial, comircial, tourism fields,afacting all countries as a whol, and its impact was evident following the global general closure, this stady aims to clarfy the effects of this pandemic in terms of negative condition and material, financial and even human losses in the tourism sector in the state of Tunisia, the aim of this research is to identify the chalanges facing the tourism economy, and its prospect, following the dire consequences it witnessed negatively affected the general classification of a sector; which is considered more than vital in this Maghreb contry.

Results: it is clear that the covid 19 has left a prisoner reality and increased the margins of threats and risk in the tunisia tourism sector; this newcomer requires more adaptation and the research department is expande within alternative programs and plan based on improving the health status indicators oft he tourism economy for recovery, and go toward optimal investment in tourism plans,including internal tourism.
