The purpose of this study is to identify the legal and operational frameworks governing the issue of humanitarian intervention, which has been evolved and subsequently transformed since 2010 during the intervention in Libya to the principle of responsibility to protect.

After referring to the most important cases in which this principle has been employed will be pointed out to highlight the most important violations that have taken place, which are still being perpetrated by the major powers, which are the biggest employees of this principle, when they intervene in Areas where there are conflicts or unrest that are adapted as violations of human rights and international humanitarian law, and other areas are ignored in the context of double standards.
