هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى ملائمة مخرجات التعليم المحاسبي لمتطلبات سوق العمل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس لقسم المالية و المحاسبة سوق العمل و حديثي التخرج في قسم المالية و المحاسبة.
لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة و اختبار فرضياتها صممت استبانة تضم أعضاء هيئة التدريس و حديثي التخرج بقسم المالية و المحاسبة وسوق العمل.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين مخرجات التعليم المحاسبي و متطلبات سوق العمل من وجهات نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس و حديثي التخرج بقسم المالية و المحاسبة وسوق العمل.
التعليم المحاسبي و التنظيم المهني عناصر مكملة لبعضها البعض.
و بالتالي يجب أن يؤخذ هذا التكامل في الاعتبار عند أية محاولة تهدف إلى تطوير نظام التعليم المحاسبي.
وقد مهدت هذه الاستنتاجات إلى تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات تمثلت أهمها بضرورة تطوير المناهج الدراسية المحاسبية لتساعد في تأهيل الطلبة كمحاسبين مهنيين

The study aimed to find out the covenience of the outputs accounting education to the requirements of the labor market from the point of view of the faculty members and the recent graduatees of the Accounting and Finance Department, the labor market, .
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed to test its hypothese.
The results have shown that there is a relationship between the outputs of accounting education and the requirements of the labor market from the perspectives of faculty and recent graduates of the Department of accounting and finance, and the labor market, This integration must therefore be taken into account in any attempt to develop the accounting education.
