يعتبر التصدي الجزائي للإتجار بالأشخاص الركيزة الأساسية في مكافحتها حيث أولى المجتمع الدولي له أهمية بالغة تجسدت من خلال جملة من الصكوك الدولية و قد بادرت الجزائر وفاء بالتزاماتها الدولية إلى تجريم الإتجار بالأشخاص و للوقوف على مدى كفاية هذه السياسة الجنائية ارتأينا دراسة أهم المتطلبات القانونية في كل من سياسة التجريم و العقاب و استجلاء أوجه القصور التشريعي فيها من أجل تعزيز مكافحة الإتجار بالأشخاص.
Abstract EN
The criminal response to trafficking in persons is the mainstay in combating it, as the international community attached great importance to it, embodied in a number of international instruments.
In fulfillment of its international obligations Algeria took the initiative to criminalize trafficking in persons, In order to determine the adequacy of this criminal policy, we decided to study the most important legal requirements in both the criminalization and punishment policy and to clarify the legislative deficiencies in it in order to strengthen the fight against trafficking in persons.
