This article falls within the philosophy of contemporary values.

it traces the manifestations of the ethical challenges facing our world today on many levels ; thought and practice, local and universal, human and environmental, the roots of all these crises go back to a “crisis of values”.

explaining the role of philosophy in the face of these challenges in formulating new ethical principles to raise these ethical challenges, especially after the demise of classical moral philosophies.

this is demonstrated by the urgent return to the question of ethics, which has undoubtedly become one of the core concerns of contemporary human beings, individuals, institutions and governments.

it has been embodied in global demands from governmental and non-governmental organizations for the need to formulate ethical laws for scientific, commercial and political human practices in the field of human rights and the environment.

the new type of morality is distinguished by being a non-theoretical and non-metaphysical morality, then it is not formulated in the form of moral orders as much as it represents legislation for action, and its source is immanent and is not separated, as it is mostly from the establishment of “scientific committees”.
