The research problem arises in the compatibility between the outputs of higher education and the needs of the labor market, and consequently the existence of a gap as a result of the lack of coordination between educational institutions and the parties to the market.

Therefore, the research aims to describe and analyze the problem of mismatch, as well as to identify the labor market requirements of manpower.

The research was based on the descriptive and analytical approach to achieve the goal of the research, and the research relied on the available data from the official authorities in addition to a questionnaire form.

The research came to the conclusion that there is no real coordination between the labor market and institutions of higher education, and therefore there is a gap between the outputs of the educational system and the needs of the labor market
