The judicial conciliation is a mechanism that aims to solve bankruptcy conflicts in order to preserve commercial companies, it's considered as the best legal means to capital accumulation intending to support the national and international economy, that's why, different legislations such as the Algerian one tried to find a mechanism to protect them against bankruptcy, it consists in the judicial settlement system which leads to the conclusion of the legal conciliation contract between the indebted company and its creditors.

So that, we delt with the definition of judicial conciliation, its procedures and the effects of this conciliation.

So, the aim of establishing this mechanism is to protect commercial companies against bankruptcy on one side, and to preserve the funds of their clients on the other side.
