Abstract EN

This study aims to diagnose the reality of emerging institutions on the one hand, and how they can depend, at the beginning of their growth or inception, on handling opportunities as a strategy in the current market, to then become an enterprise capable of creativity and innovation by creating new job opportunities and new markets.

The study relied on the descriptive approach in defining the concepts of the study, and the analytical approach in analyzing some statistics.

The results of the study confirmed that handling plays a key role in the success of emerging enterprises, especially in the growth stage, and a conceptual model has been designed for this purpose.
