هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تطور نمو الفهم الشفهي و الإنتاج اللغوي عند الطفل في المرحلة العمرية ما بين (4-5) سنوات لدى مجموعة من الأطفال المصابين بالتهاب الأذن الوسطى المصلي و تم الاختيار القصدي لمجموعة الدراسة التي تتكون من خمسة أطفال مصابين بالتهاب الأذن الوسطى المصلي دون أن نأخذ عامل الجنس بعين الاعتبار و تتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية بين أربع سنوات و خمس سنوات.

تم الاعتماد على المنهج الإكلينيكي القائم على دراسة الحالة و قد استخدمنا في الدراسة أدوات متعددة تمثلت في الملاحظة المقابلة اختبار ذكاء الأطفال لإجلال سري الفحوصات الطبية (فحص منعكس الطبلة) اختبار اللغة شفري مولر (Chevrie Muller).

و قد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تطور نمو الفهم الشفهي و الإنتاج اللغوي عند الأطفال في المرحلة العمرية (4-5) سنوات يتأثر نتيجة اصابتهم بالتهاب الأذن الوسطى المصلي في هذه المرحلة العمرية حيث أنه على الرغم من أن هذا النوع الالتهابات يتم الكشف عنه في كثير من الأحيان إلا أنه يؤثر على الجهاز السمعي حيث يتسبب في فقدان سمعي يتراوح ما بين الخفيف إلى المتوسط و هو ما يؤثر على اللغة بجانبيها الاستقبالية و التعبيرية (الفهم الشفهي و الإنتاج).

Abstract EN

The object of this study to detection the development of oral comprehension and language production in a child aged (4 to 5 years), through a group of children with serous otitis media.

Of five children, no matter what of sex, and their chronological ages ranged from four to five years.

The clinical approach was based on the case study, and we used in the study multiple tools represented in the observation, the interview, the children's intelligence test for Ijlal Siri, medical examinations (tympanic reflex test), the Chevrie Muller language test.

The results of the study concluded that the development of oral comprehension and language production in children in the age group (4-5) years is affected by the result of their infection with serous otitis media at this age, as although this type of infection is detected in many Sometimes, however, it affects the auditory system, causing mild to moderate hearing loss, which affects language in its receptive and expressive aspects (oral cmprehension and production).
