Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the sources of violence against women working in the schooling departments of Mouloud Maameri University, Tizi Ouzou, and to identify the level of mental health they have, and the nature of the correlation between these two variables.

this study was applied to a sample of (50) working women selected randomly from the total number of women working in the schooling departments.

This study found the following findings - The work place is one of the most violent sources of violence against women working in the schooling departments.

-The low level of mental health of working women in the schooling departments.

-There is a correlation between the sources of violence against women working in the schooling departments and their level of mental health.
