It is certain that the idea of international military intervention is an old idea in international relations.

The view of its legitimacy has evolved from the development of international public law.

Through our study, we wanted to show the most important alternatives and diplomatic measures that could be taken to limit international military intervention under many pretexts.

The first is the diplomatic pressure by means of its means of intercepting and precautionary measures as an effective alternative if the international community's will to activate them and give them a priority in resolving disputes and deterrence of violations and attacks.

In the second demand we address non-military alternatives, In the end, the purpose of all this is to limit the use of violence and force, especially in its military form, because of its devastating effects both at the level of international relations and the level of the humanitarian side.
