تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من وجهة نظر عينة من عمال شركة محل الدراسة، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تطوير أنموذج يتكون من المتغير المستقل الاستثمار الأجنبي والمتغير التابع التنمية المستدامة، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وجمع البيانات من مفردات العينة عن طريق الاستمارة كأداة أساسية والتي تشمل أعوان وإطارات والبالغ عددهم 126 عاملا من مجتمع مكون من 464 عامل، أين تم التوصل في هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين الاستثمار الأجنبي والتنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الثلاث، فكانت العلاقة إيجابية في البعد الاقتصادي وضعيفة في البعد البيئي والبعد الاجتماعي بالشركة محل الدراسة، خلافا عن الدراسات السابقة التي أهملت البعد البيئي، وهذا راجع إلى قوانين وتشريعات الدولة فيما يخص الاستثمار الأجنبي.
Abstract EN
This study aims to find out the extent to which foreign investment contributes to sustainable development from the point of view of a sample of the workers of the company in question, and to achieve this was developed a model consisting of the independent variable foreign investment and variable of sustainable development, and the descriptive approach and data collection of sample vocabulary was relied upon by the form as a basic tool, which includes the 126 agents and frameworks of a community of 464 workers, where was reached in this study to have a relationship the link and impact between foreign investment and sustainable development in its three dimensions, the relationship was positive in the economic dimension and weak in the environmental dimension and social dimension of the company in question, unlike previous studies that neglected the environmental dimension, due to the laws and legislation of the state with regard to foreign investment.

Cette étude vise à déterminer dans quelle mesure l’investissement étranger contribue au développement durable du point de vue d’un échantillon de travailleurs de l’entreprise en question, et pour y parvenir a été développé un modèle composé de la variable indépendante investissement étranger et variable du développement durable, et l’approche descriptive et la collecte de données de l’échantillon de vocabulaire ont été utilisées par le formulaire comme un outil de base, qui comprend les 126 agents et cadres d’une communauté de 464 travailleurs, où a été atteint dans cette étude pour avoir une relation le lien et l’impact entre l’investissement étranger et le développement durable dans ses trois dimensions, la relation était positive dans la dimension économique et faible dans la dimension environnementale et la dimension sociale de l’entreprise en question, contrairement aux études précédentes qui négligeaient la dimension environnementale, en raison des lois et de la législation de l’état en ce qui concerne les investissements étrangers.
