تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية القيادة التحويلية كأحد المداخل المهمة في إحداث التغيير التنظيمي و محاولة إبراز دورها الفعال في المؤسسة.
و للإجابة على التساؤلات و اختبار فرضيات الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و قد تم اختيار عمال مؤسسة اسمنت تبسة كعينة بحث حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على 145عامل و تم استرجاع 123 استبيان تم تحليله بالإعتماد على برنامج SPSS 26، و من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن القيادة التحويلية تؤثر بشكل كبير على التغيير التنظيمي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية.
Abstract EN
The following study aims to shed light on the importance of transformational leadership, as one of the key access points to the Organizational change.
In order to answer the study's questions and test its hypotheses, the descriptive analytical method is adopted, and the workers of the Tebessa Cement Corporation, were selected as a study community.
The questionnaire was distributed to the study sample consisting of (145) employees in the institution, where (123) among which were analyzed using the SPSS 26 program.
One of the study's most prominent results is that transformational leadership significantly affects the Organizational change in the Economic Institutions.
