Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the set of factors that affect the process of applying knowledge Management in the economic institutions in the city of setif, through choosing a sample of (70) institutions.

The study indicates that the level of the application the concept of KM doesn't differ according to personal and institutional factors, and the results also show the difference in the relative importance of the level of adoption of elements of KM in the institutions under study, the application of knowledge takes the first order, followed by the discovery the knowledge, followed by sharing of knowledge, and ultimately the possession of knowledge.
