The objective of this article is to define the concept of governance of institutions, which has become a field of strategic research.

Several third world countries have integrated it into most public institutions.

There is remarkable sustainable development in the health sector since the inclusion of this modern system (good governance) in management.

Therefore, we will try to address the effective role of corporate governance and its importance in achieving administrative and sustainable development and social responsibility in public hospitals.

The article will focus on the changes that have taken place in the administration of public health in Algeria and their impact on the ethics of the medical profession and the health and administrative development through the improvement of the public service as one of the dimensions of sustainable development.
