This study aims at determining the impact of applying governance principles on improving the quality of educational services at Skikda University, it relies on analytical descriptive approach with the use of a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 328 workers, and to test the hypotheses, SPSS was used.

The study found that some (36.

2%) of the changes in the quality of educational services resulted from the change in the level of the university's governance principles application.
