Abstract EN

The aim of this research study is to try to identify the most important problems that face the application of electronic management in Algeria in light of the elimination of the logic of the nets and improve services.

Some municipalities in the state of Setif were interviewed by their officials, and some results were reached, including the difficulty of entering the network, the lack of confidence in electronic transactions, and the lack of awareness among citizens.
