Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to highlight the nature of Islamic branches in traditional banks and to clarify the requirements for their success, as well as to attempt to analyse the experience of Saudi banks in pursuing the Islamic Branch Entrance as a means of conducting the Islamic Banking Experiment with a view to identifying the factors that help them succeed.

Through this study, we have concluded that, in order to ensure the success of the transition experience, there is a need to adhere to the legal, administrative, financial and accounting controls.

This is a secret to the success of the Islamic branches of Saudi Arabia's traditional banks.
