In order to balance the requirements of protection and valorization, the legislator directed towards framing the tourism activity at the level of tourist areas, in order to meet the desires of Algerian and foreign tourists to benefit and enjoy the landscapes offered by the Algerian coast - wild, amphibious and marine - with the need to control this human presence in a way that does not It causes damage to coastal areas and the deterioration of their ecosystems.
