This research paper aims to show the legislator's observance of this privacy in most business legislation.

With the aim of improving the business and investment climate in Algeria and identifying the exceptions that took into account considerations of accompanying and support for small and medium enterprises with the aim of promoting and developing them, including strengthening ways of financing them and innovating new mechanisms to Ensure this, as well as making them legitimate despite their restriction of competition in order to enhance their competitive position in the market, judging by the equation its supporting differential.
