Abstract EN

The study aimed to investigate the role of school administration in promoting information and communication technology between administration and teachers from the teachers' point of view in the Educational District of Ma'an City.

To achieve this goal, a questionnaire consisting of (36) items was developed, distributed over four areas: the dissemination of digital information culture among teachers, the practice of strategic planning, the achievement of the training needs of teachers, the readiness of the technical infrastructure, and the use of the descriptive survey method.

As for the study sample, it consisted of (296) male and female teachers of Ma'an Educational District, and the study revealed the following results: The role of school administration in spreading information culture at the overall level, and in all fields, was medium and there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.
