This study aimed to identify the reality of the application of administrative process re-engineering and the extent of its contribution to improving the performance of human resources in the Directorate of State Properties - Laghouat State - where this study relied on the descriptive approach that describes the re-engineering of administrative processes and improving the performance of human resources, and our study was dropped on A sample of 60 (sixty) employees of the directorate under study by distributing a questionnaire to them, in order to conclude a set of results and recommendations that can contribute to a better application of re-engineering administrative processes in the field of human resources management, and we concluded in this study that re-engineering Administrative processes have a significant role in improving the performance of human resources.
