It is clear that the rhetoricians' perceptions of linguistic phenomena according to specific semantic uses are considered a manifestation of the deliberative approach in contemporary studies.

The aim of this study is to reveal the concept of interpretation, through an inductive process, comparing the perceptions resulting from the ancient Arabic rhetoric and the mechanisms of the deliberative approach, as the interpretation of linguistic phenomena is not achieved without involving deliberative communicative cases in this analysis, given that language is a human phenomenon.
