As a new concept in the field of the internet and communication technology, "digital drugs" include the transformation of narcotic substance from its liquid or invasive physical form into a new form in the form of intangible and invisible sound vibrations, but it occurs with the effect of its traditional counterpart, and this research aims to shed light on the type of drug produced by the negative use of digital wealth that has been exploited by some sick souls in the non-existing world, as well as to determine the extent to which the response of current criminal legal texts to the consumption and promotion of traditional drugs to all possible developments to the extent of the absorption of so-called "digital drugs".

this research has concluded that all criminal penal texts for the consumption, trade and promotion of traditional drugs fail to orb this new type of drug, including international and national, both public and private, as long as they depend on the tables of the United Nations, which have not referred to these drugs, as they remain restricted under the narrow interpretation of the criminal text and the prohibition of measurement.
