Abstract EN

Since the emergence of COVID 19 and considering it as a global pandemic, the number of infections and deaths has increased globally.

with the continuous virus’evolution, the need to achieve safety from individuals and societies has strengthened.

health organizations and global research bodies have rushed to find solutions through the newly developed vaccines.

however, these vaccines were rejected by a large group in global societies in general, and in Algeria in particular, despite awareness campaigns by the world health organization and the efforts of the government and institutions.

this study sought to investigate the reasons as internal communication is one of the most important channels for the right information flow within any organization.

this study sought to investigate the effectiveness of internal communication in reducing the phenomenon of reluctance to vaccinate among university workers, despite vaccination campaigns and the availability of the vaccine at the university level.

where the study was carried out by distributing a questionnaire to 390 professors, employees and workers inside the university and analyzing it using the statistical package SPSS 20.

the study concluded that there is an activation of internal communication in the process of induction and encouragement to receive the vaccine, but that there is a predominance of traditional methods at the expense of the fastest and most effective modern in addition to the existence of organizational and social obstacles that prevented this.
