Abstract EN

This research studies the basic ways adopted by Islamic Sharia and Algerian constitution in order to achieve food security.

The research aims to explain the foundations of achieving food security, and to identify the most important assets that show the pursuit of Islamic Sharia in achieving food security.

It also aims to point out the role of Algerian constitution in this, and to compare the theoretical rooting and the practical implementation of these foundations.

Among the most important results of the research is that achieving complete or partial food security is by following certain methods.

It can extrapolated through many legitimate or legal assets.

In addition, through these methods, an attempt made to achieve all or some of the dimensions of food security, and there are many ways in several areas.

Among these ways, we mention providing and diversifying food, encouraging agricultural and commercial projects, taking care of water wealth, and others
