Abstract EN

In the light of the digital technology field with the changes it carried out in multifarious aspects of life mainly in the social and economic scales, the most important change accompanying the technological advance is that it has become one of the bases of the administrative system in Algeria knowing that electronic administration saves cost and effort and facilitates various administrative procedures that used to represent a burden on citizens.

this, however, renders the growing interest of Algeria in the brand-new companies one of the promoting activities that enable varying the national economy and realizing a social development capable of facing the present-time challenges.

from this outlook, this research paper tries to analyses the role of the electronic administration in promoting the activity of the brand-new companies in Algeria in a time the political authorities tend to reinvigorating and promoting the activity of these companies in parallel with what the digital technological advance requires in many transactions.

the electronic administration comprises a number of advantages connected to a cost-and-effort saving process in a short time.

this contributes to helping promote the brand-new companies in Algeria and supporting their activities in a way that ranks them up to the competition level and good quality produce.

this helps as well facilitate the administrative procedures that motivate young people to apply their investing ideas in newly emerging companies.
