The Algerian legislator has given the local authorities the responsibility of managing their own finances, and this is evident through their singularity in preparing their budget independently of the state budget; in order to meet the needs of their population, local communities provide financial resources from various sources and employ them in a way that ensures homogeneous growth.

and to eliminate all forms of extravagance and waste, it harnesses multiple control structures to protect its resources, so we seek through our research to try to know the mechanisms and methods of control applied to the implementation of the budget of local authorities.
