تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تحرير التبادل التجاري والذي كان الهدف الأسمى لاتفاقية الشراكة الأورو-جزائرية على الاقتصاد الوطني، وذلك باستخدام نموذج متجه الانحدار الذاتي، وبالاعتماد على التحليل الديناميكي عن طريق تجزئة تحليل التباين، وإظهار مدى استقرارية النموذج، وتوضيح طبيعة العلاقة، أو السببية بين كل من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، الصادرات والواردات، وسعر الصرف.
ولقد تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها، أن الطفرات التي تطرأ على المتغيرات المستقلة تؤثر سلبا على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي على المدى القصير والطويل، كما أنه يوجد علاقة سببية بين كل من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والصادرات والواردات، وسعر الصرف.
Abstract EN
This study investigates the impact of the trade exchanges which are the main purposes of the EU-Algeria partnership agreement among the national economy, through applying the vector autoregressive model, relying on the dynamic analyses by variance decomposition and highlight at what extent this model is stationary, and clarify the natural relationship or the causality between the GDP and EXP and imp, and ER.
one of the main results that are obtained is the chocks that intepanded variables face and how they impact negatively on the GDP on both long and short term.
moreover, there is a causal relationship between GDP and EXP, imp, and ER.
