In order to verify the effect of certain budgetary variables on inflation, our study was based on an almost exhaustive theoretical base, backed by an ARDL model.
it is based on annual data ranging from 1980 to 2018.
a wealth effect is proven by a direct relationship between final consumption and inflation, on the one hand, and an indirect relationship passing through wages and operating expenses on the other hand.
the latter is dependent on final household consumption, which fuels inflation.
in the long run, economic growth is influenced by capital expenditure.
thus, the budgetary components are involved, directly and indirectly, in the process of inflation in Algeria.
Abstract FRE
Afin de vérifier l'effet de certaines variables budgétaires sur l'inflation, notre étude s'est fondée sur un socle théorique quasi exhaustif, adossé à une modélisation ARDL.
elle est basée sur des données annuelles allant de 1980 à 2018.
un effet de richesse est avéré par une relation directe entre la consommation finale et l'inflation, d'une part, et d'une relation indirecte passant par la masse salariale et la dépense de fonctionnement d'autre part.
cette dernière est tributaire de la consommation finale des ménages, ce qui alimente l'inflation.
à long terme, la croissance économique est influencée par des dépenses d'équipement.
ainsi, les composantes budgétaires sont impliquées, directement et indirectement, dans le processus d'inflation en Algérie.
