Abstract EN

This study aims to search for the basic requirements for the settlement of Islamic Sukuk in the Algerian stock exchange, by explaining the ways and mechanisms of integrating this product into the financial market, and the accompanying systemic changes and policies that would have a positive impact on the work and activity of the stock exchange, as well as ensuring its success in achieving the objectives and expected gains on the national economy when this option is adopted.

this is in light of the most important successful international experiences, such as that of the Dubai financial market, which occupies the forefront in terms of listing Islamic Sukuk among the major global financial centers.

the study concluded that the Algerian stock exchange can benefit from the experience of the Dubai financial market to integrate and develop Sukuks, whether in terms of issuance or trading, by providing an integrated environment to ensure their effectiveness.

as well as the development of laws and supervisory and regulatory bodies for the issuance and circulation of these Sukuk, in addition to providing government support through various incentives, whether at the tax level or fees and commissions related to capital formation and in-kind assets and the benefits associated with them, which will qualify them to attract many local and international investors wishing to invest in this financial product.
