تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التمكين من خلال أبعاده: المشاركة بالمعلومات، الحرية والاستقلالية، العمل الجماعي، في تعزيز الإبداع لدى المشرفين بمؤسسة فرتيال-عنابة.
وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة للاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث وزعت الاستبانة على عينة قدرها 32 مشرف، وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر متوسط لأبعاد التمكين منفصلة على الإبداع التنظيمي، بالإضافة لوجود أثر قوي وإيجابي للتمكين ككل على الإبداع التنظيمي.
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the role of empowerment through its dimensions: sharing information, freedom and independence, teamwork, in promoting creativity among supervisors at the Fertil foundation-Annaba.
the study followed the descriptive analytical approach and distributed the questionnaire to a sample of 32 supervisors.
the results showed that there is an average effect of separate empowerment dimensions on organizational creativity, in addition to a strong and positive impact of empowerment as a whole on organizational creativity.
